“Emerald Beach Resort and Apartments” is an apartment-type complex, corresponding to a high class holiday property. Development with capacity of 2100 beds, available in 780 apartments, in five independent buildings – Emerald Building with its three wings: Cashmere Wing, Satin Wing and Damask Wing; Madras Building and Ikat Building, followed by Villa Challis and Villa Bagheera. All five buildings are situated in a beautiful park, right next to a marvelous beach.
The yacht marina is to be build by Emerald Property and is to accommodate approximately 580 yachts.

Types of Apartments
Apartments vary in size from 35 to 190 sq. m (380 to 2,000 sq ft) in order to meet our customers’ various needs and budgets. All apartments have a view and private balconies.
The following four categories are on offer:
• Luxury apartments – available in sizes up to 190 sq. m (2,000 sq ft) - offering a unique combination of own home privacy and resort's opportunities.
• Two-bedroom apartments – in sizes from 80 to 110 sq. m (860 to 1,200 sq ft), all of these apartments have two bathrooms.
• One-bedroom apartments – these vary in sizes between 55 to 80 sq. m (590 to 860 sq ft) - most of them with two bathrooms.
• Studios - ideal for singles or couples on a holiday, these apartments vary in sizes from 35 to 55 sq. m (380 to 590 sq ft).
