Evridika Hills, Apartments & SPA is located between Studenetz Lodge and the first stop of the ski lift (near Panorama Hotel). The holiday complex features a number of facilities: a fitness gym and SPA centre, ski wardrobe, reception lounge, coffee bar, children’s entertainment area and some others, which will enable Evridika Hills, Apartments & SPA to function on hotel basis.

The major advantage of our offer is that the facilities will make it possible to let your apartment and receive rent just like with any other hotel premises. What is more, you acquire these facilities for free and their cost is not included in the overall price of the apartment. What you gain is independence and flexibility in using or letting the apartment for rent.

Evridika Hills consist of two separate buildings – Villa Amata and Villa Orpheica – and the total number of the apartments is 86. The Complex offers different variations of the basic types of apartments: studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. All the apartments have balconies with a fantastic view at Pamporovo and/or Snezhanka Peak. They are all fully completed and luxuriously furnished. For better comfort and romantic atmosphere, the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments have a fireplace in the living room, which can be used for heating if preferred. All apartments have a separate ski-locker.

The Complex offers two basic types of furnishing: stylish and classic and are included in the price of the apartment.

The furniture is included in the price quoted for each apartment.

The owner of the apartment receives it fully completed and furnished, which includes:
Walls – painted with latex in warm and cosy colours;
Flooring in corridors, bathrooms and living rooms – Italian terracotta tiles/granite tiles (on the balconies);
Bedrooms – soft and warm carpet flooring;
Mounted radiators, lamps, switches and sockets in all premises;
Fully equipped bathroom with mounted fixtures;
Equipped kitchen with a hot-plate unit and aspirator;
Fully furnished living room and bedroom(s).

Maintenance & Property Management

Maintenance – the maintenance fee is 8 EUR/sqm (VAT excluded) and is calculated on the total area of the apartment. This service includes maintenance of the building and common property areas (the corridors, elevators) + year-round security. The maintenance charge is compulsory and is payable once a year.
Property Management – property management can be offered as an extra service for your undisturbed and comfortable stay in the Complex and includes:
• Letting out for rent
• Maintenance and cleaning of the apartment

PLAN B – 15 % Discount
100 % Upon signing the preliminary contract;

Under both sales options a deposit for reservation of the property shall be paid in the amount of 1000 EUR. The deposit will be subtracted from the amount of the first payment (upon signing the preliminary contract).



Pamporovo

Pamporovo is the southernmost ski resort in Europe and one of the most beautiful and attractive mountain and ski resorts throughout Bulgaria. The total number of sunny days in a year is 260, with an average annual temperature of – 8,5 ºС. The snowy days per year are over 150, and the snow cover often reaches over 2 meteres. Pamporovo is characterized with its moderate climate without abrupt weather changes. Nor are avalanches typical of the area, which provides for your safe and enjoyable vacation.

The resort is situated at 250 кm to the south-west of Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria, and at 85 km to the south of Plovdiv, the second largest city in the country (with an international airport). Pamporovo is located in one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains, the Rhodoppe Mountains, among breathtaking scenery. The resort lies at an altitude of 1650 m, at the foot of Snezhanka Peak (1926 m), on top of which stands the 156-metre Television tower. A large number of ski-pistes run from the peak to the resort and the picturesque area of Smolyan Lakes. Pamporovo and the ski slopes are surrounded with century-old pine forests, which add to the attractiveness and popularity of the resort.

The ski-runs come in different lengths and levels of difficulty. Beginners can start on a number of ‘green’ ski slopes equipped with mini ski tow-lines. For advanced skiers there are several steep ‘black’ ski-runs, while those interested in ski-running and biathlon can use the ski-runs around Snezhanka Peak and the sports shooting ground in Yazovira (the Water Reservoir) area. Skiing and snowboarding is possible between the end of November and the end of April. The number of the ski-runs during the winter season 2005/2006 is 9, with a total length of 31 кm. They are serviced by 5 ski-lifts and 13 ski tow-lines.
