The Ovinache Holiday Village project in Bansko skiing resort is located at the foot of the mountains, on the border of Pirin national park and 200 meters from the main ski track. There is ski trail nearby.

Buildings will have typical for that Bulgarian region architecture from the beginning from the 19th century. It's fulfilled with qualitative natural local materials and contemporarily planned and completed interior.

Each house has own garden and parking lot, a fully completed and furnished kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a hall, a lavatory and bathroom, a sauna, a fireplace and offices; 3 bedrooms with separate bathroom and WC, a day gallery (a study and a library), terraces. The apartments will be sold fully furnished. All apartments and houses will have electricity installations, water and drainage. Economical radiators will be used for heating in the apartments.

First stage will be released 2007 December; second stage of the development will be released 2008 December.
